The Assembly notes that "a new dividing line drawn by the statements and actions of the russian authorities is returning to the map of Europe."

Ukraine's talks with russia

After meeting with putin the day before and before meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Thursday, April 28, UN Secretary-General Guterres released his vision for ending the war in Ukraine. He said: "The war will end when russia decides to end it, and when after the ceasefire there is a possibility of a serious political agreement. We can hold as many meetings as we want, but that's not the end of the war." (You can still "express concern" as much as you want, and that's not something that can help end the war).

Meanwhile, the coordinator of the UN system in Ukraine Osnat Lubrani, on behalf of the Secretary-General of the organization, went to Zaporizhzhia to prepare for evacuation from Mariupol. She wrote about this on Twitter.

Ruscist propagandists are preparing the audience for the Third World. And Putin and Lukashenko believe in the revival of the USSR.

Amid this, The Guardian published its own forecast: "The decisive period in the war will come around next month, when the last wave of Western weapons will arrive, including American howitzers, German and British anti-aircraft systems. But if this is not enough to change the military balance, the question arises as to what other commitments Britain and other NATO members are ready to make," the newspaper said.
