Russia shells Kherson and the region, attacking hospital and injuring three civilians

On the night of December 16, the Russian forces shelled Kherson and the region, as a result of which three people were injured: the occupiers hit the hospital.

The Kherson Regional Military Administration head, Oleksandr Prokudin, and the deputy head of the Kyiv Patrol Police Department, Oleksiy Biloshpitsky, reported that on Telegram.

According to the regional leader, a 55-year-old man in Kherson was injured by Russian attacks, resulting in injuries to his limbs.

Additionally, a 51-year-old resident sustained a head wound from shrapnel.

The head of the regional military administration in Kherson reported that there were strikes near an infrastructure facility, and some buildings were damaged.

As a result of shelling, an official car was damaged. None of the police officers were injured.

However, a doctor was injured during the evacuation of patients to the bomb shelter. He was diagnosed with an explosive injury and a gunshot and shrapnel injury to the lower leg.

The Kherson regional military administration reported that debris from a downed Shahed drone fell in Stepanivka, and a hospital was damaged. A medic was injured.

In turn, Biloshpitsky reported that Russian drones attacked the hospital in Stepanivka, the moment of the attack was caught on video.

At the time of the attack by the enemy Shahed drones, there were patrol officers and hospital workers in the hospital. As a result of shelling, an official car was damaged. None of the police officers were injured.

On the night of December 16, the Russian invaders attacked several regions of the country with 31 attack drones of the "Shahed" type: the air defense forces destroyed 30 enemy drones.

Late yesterday evening, December 15, Russian troops launched more than ten groups of attack drones from the north and south over the territory of Ukraine.

Explosions were heard in Kyiv and the region. The Kyiv City Military Administration and Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported on air defense forces' work in the capital and the region.

The Ukrainian Air Force's armed forces also warned of a ballistic missile launch by Kyiv, but upon investigation, it was determined to be a false target.

It should be noted that the Russian invaders attacked the territory of Ukraine on the night of December 15 with 14 Shahed attack drones. Ukraine's defense forces destroyed all targets.

On December 14, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with Shahed drones and S-300 missiles. Air defense forces destroyed more than 40 enemy UAVs.

The initial major assault following spring occurred on November 25, as the adversary unleashed over 70 Shahed unmanned aerial vehicles to strike Ukraine, specifically targeting Kyiv.
