Solutions to win: Skiftech develops simulator to help Ukrainian soldiers train on anti-tank weapons
Ukraine's armed forces will use the RPG-7 tactical simulator to train fighters.

What is the problem?
Various military branches, including infantry, armored forces, and artillery use the RPG-7. It is used to destroy:
- tanks,
- armored personnel carriers,
- other armored targets,
- as well as enemy positions at a distance that cannot be reached by artillery.
To successfully manage such a weapon, it is necessary to be able to master it before getting to the front. After all, the lives of other soldiers will depend on the military's correct use of the RPG-7.
What is the solution?
The Ukrainian manufacturer of tactical simulators, Skiftech, developed an RPG-7 anti-tank grenade launcher based on laser technology.
How does it work?
The tactical grenade launcher simulator is designed for:
- practicing the skills of loading and handling the RPG-7,
- accuracy of targeting in various combat conditions.
The weight and size of the simulator correspond to the parameters and characteristics of a real grenade launcher.
Ukraine's armed forces have already tested the first assembly of the grenade launcher.
The RPG-7 laser simulator is connected to the instructor's tablet or computer during training, and a unique radio coverage system is installed on the training ground.
Special devices for fixing the damage are installed on the armored vehicle that will be the target of damage and receive the laser emitter. The fighter loads the RPG-7 simulator with a grenade, takes aim, and "hits" the target.
The instructor analyzes the shot, and identifies mistakes and points for improvement.
On the simulator, you can conduct individual training both on a separate simulator and in the conditions of joint military tactical training in combination with other equipment from the Skiftech company (simulators of personal weapons, explosive devices, armored vehicles, artillery, mortars, anti-tank missiles, and different types of military equipment).

Skiftech is a Ukrainian manufacturer of tactical simulators for training fighters based on laser technologies. Since 2017, the Armed Forces, National Guard, State Border Service, Special Operations Forces and other state military organizations of Ukraine have been training on their equipment. Skiftech also cooperates with the US Department of Energy and equips military personnel serving at nuclear power plant units with tactical simulators, conducting regular joint training for the Ukrainian and US military.
Skiftech is a manufacturer of a full cycle of tactical simulators: from housing and electronics to software and applications.
It should be noted that the Ukrainian military received Senator armored vehicles from Canada. Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov showed new cars.
In addition, since the beginning of 2023, Ukraine has quadrupled the production of Stugna-P anti-tank missile systems.
