Today is day 236 day of russia's war in Ukraine: we talk about key events at the front, in the rear, and in the world, as well as about the leading solutions, approaching our victory.

Ukrainian army's successes
📌 Key flashpoints in Donbas are Soledar and Bakhmut, with heavy battles ongoing. However, Ukraine's defense forces hold the blow and do not allow the russians to advance further.
📌 Over the past 24 hours, units of Ukraine's Defense Forces repelled the attacks of the russian occupiers in the areas of 10 settlements in the Donetsk region.
📌 Yesterday evening, within an hour—from 21:30 to 22:30—soldiers of Ukraine's Air Force destroyed 9 Shahed-136 kamikaze drones. In total, during the night and morning, air defense forces shot down 37 russian UAVs. The russians also attacked critical infrastructure in the eastern direction with cruise missiles of various types. Three missiles were destroyed.
📌 This afternoon, all three cruise missiles flying toward Kyiv were shot down. The border guards of the Chernihiv detachment shot down a russian drone.
📌 Ukraine is working with Iran's neighboring countries to stop all existing logistical corridors for supplying weapons from Iran to russia.
📌 The Ukrainian Armed Forces in the south destroyed the russian Tor anti-aircraft missile complex and 50 russian soldiers. In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces managed to disable:
- Two tanks;
- Three Msta large-caliber howitzers;
- A Giatsynt gun;
- A self-propelled artillery unit;

📌 The Come Back Alive Foundation launched the long-range weapons project. They report that the fund has been working on the project for about two months. Currently, the project is already 100% contracted.

📌 russia's open terror of the civilian population of Ukraine continues. This morning, the russian federation launched 43 drones over Ukraine. Twenty-eight of them flew to Kyiv. ⬆️
📌 The targets of the Kyiv attack were the city center's critical infrastructure objects. A significant part of the drones was shot down on approach in the Kyiv region, but some were able to fly through, with five explosions recorded. One drone hit a residential building (photo below). As a result of the kamikaze drone attack, 19 people were rescued, four were injured, and four died. Elimination of consequences continues.

📌 The russian troops struck the energy infrastructure in the Kamianske district of the Dnipropetrovsk region again. The destruction is severe.
📌 Also in the afternoon, the russian occupiers struck a critical infrastructure facility in the Vinnytsia region. According to preliminary information, there are no victims.
📌 A missile attack on the Odesa region was carried out from the Black Sea. One of the infrastructure facilities was damaged without civilian losses.
Rescuers are dismantling the rubble in Sumy Region
📌 Sumy Region:
- At least four people died in the Sumy region due to a morning rocket attack. Nine were injured. Three russian rockets landed at a civilian infrastructure facility in the Romny area at 5:20 am. There are still people under the rubble.
- Yesterday, the russians shelled the Velyka Pysarivka community in the Sumy region five times with Grad MRLS and mortars and fired 20 rockets from a helicopter, damaging an agricultural enterprise.
📌 Yesterday evening, there was a mass Shahed drone attack on Mykolaiv: 11 were shot down, and three more hit the city's infrastructure facilities and a pharmaceutical warehouse. There were fires, but there were no casualties.
📌 russian troops also attacked the Marganets community in the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region with anti-aircraft missiles.
📌 Donetsk Region. Villages of the Ocheretyne community came under fire in the Pokrovsk district. In the Kramatorsk district, the russians targeted an enterprise in Sloviansk. In the Bakhmut district, there were isolated attacks on villages of the Soledar community—one house was damaged in Paraskoviivka.
📌 The area at the Lyman (Donetsk region) entrance is cleared and demined. The authorities found a burnt column of cars on one of the roads leading to the city. An explosive device was found in one of these cars.
📌 As a result of the russian shelling, Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) again lost connection with the Ukrainian power grid. Currently, the operation of the nuclear power plant is provided by diesel generators.
📌 British intelligence reports that after the damage to the Crimean bridge, Melitopol (Zaporizhzhia region) became the main logistics point for the supply of the russian occupying grouping in the Kherson region. Large forces of russian aviation are also located there.
📌 The bodies of 35 military personnel and 152 civilians were exhumed in the de-occupied Lyman in the Donetsk region; all these people were killed by russia.
📌 russia blocked the website of the Ukrainian state project, I Want To Live, through which russians could surrender to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The authorities of the russian federation do not want anyone to survive. They like to kill even their citizens.
Life amid war
📌 Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs has published an infographic on how to recognize UAVs and defend against a kamikaze drone.
📌 Ukrzaliznytsia Railways made an important announcement for passengers: all who is waiting for the air raid alarm to end in the shelter and do not make it on time for their train will be able to leave on the next train in the same direction. Passengers were encouraged to keep their travel document and show it to the conductor to find a seat in the carriage. Trains will depart according to the established schedule.

📌 85% of Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes due to the war intend to return. This is evidenced by the survey results of the Rating social group. Only 6% indicated that they would not return home.
📌 108 Ukrainian women were released from russian captivity. It was the first all-female exchange. Thirty-seven evacuees are from Azovstal steelworks, 11 officers, 85 privates, and non-commissioned officers. ⬆️

💡 The Israelis called for military aid to Ukraine. According to Diaspora Affairs Minister Nachman Shai, Jerusalem should provide the same military support to Kyiv as the US and NATO do.

💡 Borrell: EU increases military aid to Ukraine to 3.1 billion euros and looks for evidence of Iran's participation in the war.
💡 The EU announced the creation of a large-scale military mission for Ukraine EUMAM Ukraine. The mission will provide individual, collective, and specialized training to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including the Territorial Defense Forces. It will take place on the territory of EU member states. Only one country—Hungary—did not support the initiative.

💡 The Ukroboronprom arms industry company announced the Ukrainian response to Iranian drones. The details are not reported, but they say that everything is almost ready: "The range is 1,000 km, and the warhead's weight is 75 kg. We are finalizing the development."
💡 Volunteers from the Zhytomyrski Kalynky center have developed and made five types of camouflage suits. The center started working on the creation of suits in March of this year. To keep the soldiers in good spirits, each suit is also named. There are Ashes of Moscow Dreams, 50 Shades of Green, and White Sun of the Desert (pictured above).
💡 Calendars with military men ⬆️ and Ukraine's army chief Zaluzhnyi's autograph will be sold at auction to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces. A booklet with the stories of the heroes will be added to the calendar.
💡 40 thousand hryvnias for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were raised by the Vinnytsia dance ensemble Radist ⬆️ during concerts in Germany. The money was transferred to the Serhii Prytula charity fund.
💡 The staff of the Ivan Franko Museum in the village of Nahuievychi, Lviv Region, grew 1.3 tons of potatoes for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Volunteers have already donated most of the harvest to military field kitchens.
