The latest AFU report says at least 60 percent of the enemy's intelligence is obtained through social media.

Rashly leaked photos and videos about the activities of Ukrainian troops become one of the main sources of intelligence for the enemy.

"The spread of such publications may result in the disruption of a military operation, the death of Ukrainian soldiers and the loss of weapons and military equipment. In turn, the authors of hype messages risk receiving criminal sentences and being imprisoned."

To protect the soldiers and bring victory closer, the General Staff calls on avoiding filming or spreading any information about the operation of air defense systems, movement and concentration areas of personnel, weapons and military equipment arsenals, bases, storage facilities for material, and technical supplies.

Ukrainian forces also urge to refrain from spreading "exclusive" information about the course of hostilities or the progress of combat missions.
