Solutions to win: Ukrainian polar explorers unveil Dream of Antarctica chevron in fundraising efforts

Ukrainian polar explorers from the "Akademik Vernadsky" station, which is located on the Antarctic island of Galindez, launched a collaboration with a Ukrainian brand and released a chevron with fighting penguins "Dream of Antarctica" to help their colleagues at the front.

What is the problem?

After the full-scale invasion of Russia on the territory of Ukraine, polar explorers joined the defense of the country together with other Ukrainians.

Thousands of caring people, including Ukrainian businesses, are trying to help the military who are currently defending the country. Polar soldiers also did not stand aside and will help their military colleagues.

What is the solution?

Polar explorers launched a collaboration with a Ukrainian brand and released a chevron with fighting penguins "Dream of Antarctica" to help their colleagues at the front.

How does it work?

As the scientists noted, the chevron depicts subantarctic penguins, which are the largest neighbors of Ukrainian polar explorers.

Adding a touch of uniqueness, the chevron design features geometric shapes derived from the Podil carpet, but infused with vibrant colors inspired by the southern region of the planet.

Polarists emphasized that the author of the design is Khrystyna Dmytruk.

The "Dream of Antarctica" chevron is sold in pairs with a shopper. The price is UAH 1000. You can buy it on the ya.vereta brand page.

Every UAH 500 from the sale of each product goes to support polar explorers who defend Ukraine in the ranks of Ukraine's armed forces.
