Russian forces kill two civilians and injure three-year-old in shelling of Kharkiv region

Russian forces hit the village of Kivsharivka in the Kupyansk district with two guided air missiles.

Two people were killed, and four were injured, among them a three-year-old child, local authorities report. 

According to preliminary information, artillery was used. A man and a woman were killed. Three civilian residents and a 3-year-old boy were injured, the Prosecutor General's Office said.

At 19:10, the occupiers shelled the front-line village of Dvorichna in the Kupyansk district. According to preliminary information, a tank was used. A 63-year-old woman and a 70-year-old man were injured.

After its de-occupation, Russians are regularly shelling the Kupyansk district. Ukrainian police and the prosecutor's office report the destruction of civilian infrastructure and casualties among the civilian population. The authorities of the region urge people to evacuate to safer parts of the Kharkiv region.

Today, the Russian military also launched another missile attack on Kharkiv. Authorities reported that the arrival of two missiles, previously S-300, was recorded in the forest massif of the Chuguyiv district.
