US State Secretary will speak about Ukraine at G7 ministerial meeting in Germany

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken is leaving for Germany to participate in the G7 ministerial meeting, where, among other issues, he will discuss the topic of Ukraine and the food and economic crisis caused by the russian war in Europe.

This was announced on Tuesday by the US State Department.

"The G7 ministers will discuss a range of pressing global challenges, including the G7's sustained support for a democratic, sovereign, and prosperous Ukraine, strengthened economic and democratic resilience in Africa and the Indo-Pacific, tackling the climate crisis, global health security, and the food and energy crises caused by russia's war against Ukraine," the US State Department noted.

At the same time, State Secretary Blinken and German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock will participate in the Future Forum, focusing on the prospects for democracy in the digital world.
