With the funds raised through the UNITED24 platform, a MI-2AM-1 helicopter was purchased to evacuate the wounded.

Rubryka reports, referring to United24 and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

As noted, the cost of the helicopter is UAH 23.4 million.

Such a helicopter is mainly intended for evacuating the seriously wounded from the battlefield.

The Mi-2AM-1 is produced in Ukraine, which facilitates delivery and service, and the military will be able to receive the transport soon.

Earlier, Rubryka also reported that as a result of the charity fundraising for reanimation medical vehicles, announced at the Second Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen, about UAH 200 million has been collected.

The helicopter model is a multi-purpose air transport used mainly to evacuate the wounded from the battlefield.

It can transport two seriously injured and three doctors or cargo weighing up to 1,200 kg over a distance of up to 600 km and at a speed of up to 200 km/h.

It allows those for whom every minute is critical to get to the hospital on time.

On August 3, within the Army of Drones project, the first control complex and four Fly Eye drones arrived in Ukraine. The Ministry of Digital Transformation, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the UNITED24 platform are assembling an Army of Drones for the Ukrainian military. The main goal of the project: 200 professional unmanned aerial systems of the tactical level for aerial reconnaissance.

As Rubryka reported, Saint Javelin, a social enterprise that donated more than a million dollars to Ukraine from selling its products, supports the Army of Drones project. The initiative team has launched a landing page to collect direct donations, and its profits will be directed to purchasing drones in the future.
