In the combat zone, the 128th Brigade defeated a reconnaissance unit of the Russian army

This is stated in a message on the Facebook page of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade, Zakarpattia Legion, Rubryka reports.

It turned out that most of the fighters had Chechen surnames.

"During one of the last combat clashes, the attackers of the 128th separate mountain assault Zakarpattia brigade were opposed by a reconnaissance unit of the Russian Army. As a result of the battle, some enemies were destroyed and some retreated," the statement said.

As noted, at the scene of the collision, our fighters found personal belongings and remnants of Russian ammunition, including chevrons "Russia," "Russian Armed Forces" stickers, bank cards of the Sberbank, ID cards, a sticker named Kurbanov A.B., as well as records from the names of the soldiers and the numbers of the weapons issued to them.

Most of the fighters in the list have Chechen surnames: Kurbanov, Malachurbanov, Sharabudanov, Tuglanov, Alsurpanov, Bekuzarov, Magomedov.

"Nine fighters were given AKS (Kalashnikov rifle with a folding butt, designed specifically for airborne troops), and another AKM (Kalashnikov rifle upgraded).

However, according to the 128th Brigade, these weapons did not help the enemy," the message reads.

As previously reported, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to successfully destroy the equipment of the Russian occupiers.

Today in the Chernihiv region, the Armed Forces destroyed the enemy Iskander, in the Kyiv region, enemy tanks.
