In Ukraine, over 265,000 people have contracted the coronavirus. Daily statistics break another anti-record. Today 5,000 people have COVID-19 confirmed.

Amid a growing pandemic of the dangerous virus, the authorities talked on the sidelines about postponing the local elections scheduled for October 25. Is it real and can Ukraine be "closed" until the end of October? Rubryka reports.
