What is the problem? 

The Global Burden of Disease estimates that at least 3.58 billion people worldwide suffer from oral diseases. The prevalence of chronic dental disease is increasing, mainly because of various risk factors, including disease, malnutrition, poor oral hygiene, stress, tobacco consumption, and alcohol use. After all, for many, a trip to the dentist is not only stress but also a blow to the wallet, because the services of dentists are not cheap.

What is the problem?

It is expected that by 2028 the global dental industry will grow by at least 7% per year. But don't worry; this won't happen because of the rising cost of dental services, but, conversely, because of the large number of technological advances that will make treatment less expensive and (oh, luckily!) help make invasive procedures non-invasive.
