Russia deploys combat helicopters to Mariupol following Taganrog explosions

Following the explosions and fire at the Taganrog airport, the Russians moved some of their combat helicopters to the Mariupol airport temporarily.

Mariupol Mayor Petro Andriushchenko reported this on Telegram.

"After the explosions and fire at the Taganrog airport, the Russian Federation partially and temporarily relocated part of its combat helicopters to the area of the Mariupol airport. Don't they know where to hide safely?" – wrote Anriushchenko.

On the territories of Ukraine temporarily occupied by Russian troops, in particular, in Crimea, explosions are occurring more and more often, and enemy warehouses of weapons, military equipment, and human resources are being destroyed. Also, Ukrainian partisans do not give the invaders a peaceful life in the occupied territories.

It should be noted that this morning, November 7, a loud explosion rang out in the Russian city of Taganrog near the airport. According to eyewitnesses, "houses, windows, and the ground shook."

According to Petro Andriushchenko, adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, rotorcraft are on fire at the Taganrog airfield after the explosion.

"The Russians really systematically use the Taganrog airfield for basing, in particular, helicopter units, but not only. Air defense systems, equipment for overturning in Ukraine – all of these are plentifully and systematically flourishing there," Andriushchenko noted.
