The russian army once again bombarded the city of Vovchansk, Kharkiv region, with the help of aviation.
As the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Sinehubov, reported on Telegram, at this time, the authorities know about six victims and damage to the infrastructure.
Around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, russian troops once again shelled the city of Vovchansk. Sinehubov said that according to preliminary information, the shelling was carried out by enemy jets. Two air missile strikes were recorded.
Initially, it was reported that a 30-year-old man, an employee of the Kharkivoblenergo electricity provider, was wounded due to the shelling. He was hospitalized with a mine-explosive injury.
The building of one of the enterprises and a private residential building were also damaged.
Later, the head of the region reported that the number of victims due to the airstrike on Vovchansk had increased to six people.
"According to the updated information, five more men aged between 35 and 65 were injured. Doctors provided them with all the necessary assistance, and they will be treated on an outpatient basis," the head of the region emphasized.
All the victims are specialists who carried out repair work on communication lines, Sinehubov added.
As Rubryka reported, russian troops attacked Ukraine at night with 36 missiles of various types. The enemy launched missiles from the Caspian and Black Seas, as well as from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
