Adviser Arestovych comments on situation in Belgorod Oblast

Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President, Oleksii Arestovych, commented on the situation in the Belgorod Oblast.

This is stated in his Telegram.

"We are conducting combat defenses on our territory… The Russian leadership is responsible for what is happening in Russia, and they need to investigate what happened in Belgorod," he said.

Earlier, a large fire broke out at an oil depot in the Russian city of Belgorod, near the border with Ukraine.

Later, the Russian media announced another shell near Belgorod "from Ukraine."

The Ministry of Defense has not confirmed Ukraine's involvement in the burning of the oil depot in Belgorod.
