IAEA Director-General Rafael Grossi flies to Turkey to discuss the security of Ukraine's nuclear power plants and other nuclear facilities

The Antalya Diplomacy Forum is scheduled for March 10 in Antalya.

"I am on my way to Antalya, Turkey, to discuss the urgent issue of ensuring the safety and security of Ukraine's nuclear facilities."

To recap, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu stated that a trilateral meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Ukraine, and Russia will take place on March 10 in Antalya.

To recap, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu stated that a trilateral meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Ukraine, and Russia will take place on March 10 in Antalya.

On March 9, due to the actions of the Russian occupiers, the Chornobyl nuclear power plant was left without electricity.

The fighting continues, which currently makes it impossible to repair and restore power. The city of Slavutych is also without electricity.

Nuclear material monitoring systems of the Chornobyl nuclear power plant have stopped transmitting data to the IAEA.

Subsequently, the Chornobyl nuclear power plant, which was blacked out due to the actions of Russian troops, was connected to reserve diesel generators, which will provide power for 48 hours.

Ukrenergo has stated that it is ready to immediately start repairing the Chornobyl power supply line; it is only waiting for the "green corridor."
