What is the problem?
Throughout the summer and early autumn, we actively supply our body with a variety of nutrients from fresh fruits and vegetables, namely: vitamins A, C, E, B2, B6, K, PP, minerals iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, other trace elements.
Thanks to them, our immunity is strengthened, hematopoiesis processes take place, and aging is slowed down due to antioxidants. In addition, the advantage of the diet of fruits and vegetables is that it helps to maintain physical shape, reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke, atherosclerosis, thrombosis, and other serious diseases, improves mental activity, and provides us with a good mood.
