The government is developing the state cashback program "Buy Ukrainian," according to which citizens of Ukraine will be able to receive compensation for the payment of goods and services produced in Ukraine.

The head of state announced this while speaking at the "Made in Ukraine" forum.

What is the problem?

According to Zelensky, the main task is to ensure that Ukrainian money stays in Ukraine and works in Ukraine.

"These are taxes. These are the salaries of our soldiers. These are the capabilities of our state, including defense capabilities. The parameters of the Ukrainian cashback are already being prepared – financial and technical, and we should try to make this program work this year," the President emphasized.

What is the solution?

Zelensky instructed the government to develop practical steps to support Ukrainian enterprises, including developing the Ukrainian cashback program "Buy Ukrainian."

"And we must ensure that this program starts working this year," Zelensky emphasized.

How does it work?

The President noted that for purchasing certain types of goods and services produced in Ukraine, citizens of Ukraine will be able to receive a refund of part of the funds on a special card.

As reported by Rubryka, in January, the President signed a decree on the creation of the All-Ukrainian economic platform "Made in Ukraine." It should become a platform for ensuring effective dialogue and combining the efforts of government and business, stimulating the business activity of Ukrainian manufacturers, popularizing and promoting Ukrainian products, improving the investment climate, and creating economic conditions for the recovery, modernization, and growth of the Ukrainian economy, as well as for encouraging the return citizens of Ukraine from abroad.

The newly created platform itself will function under the patronage of the President.
