Pavlohrad was subjected to a Russian aerial attack late in the evening of February 11.

"The Russians attacked Pavlohrad with drones. Fortunately, there were no casualties," said the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak.

He added that some towns near Pavlohrad and Synelnykove are currently without electricity and have "water shortages."

"Hospitals have been switched to alternative power sources," said the head of the administration.

Work is underway to restore electricity and water supply in the affected areas.

Explosions in Kharkiv

Explosions were heard in Kharkiv yesterday evening, February 11, during a Russian missile attack. Before this, an air alarm was declared in the Kharkiv region. The command of the Air Force warned of the threat of a missile attack on the regional center.

"Occupiers are striking. Seek shelter!" said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

The city administration confirmed the explosions in Kharkiv.

"Sounds of explosions can be heard in the city. Be cautious," said Mayor Ihor Terekhov.

As later clarified by the deputy commander of the Kharkiv operational grouping, Brigadier General Serhii Melnyk, Russians, according to preliminary data, used ballistic missiles launched from the Belgorod Oblast, Russia.

"According to preliminary data, the shelling of the Kharkiv region was carried out with 5V55 type missiles, which were launched by Russian terrorists from the S-300 air defense," the military reported.

As later reported by the head of the administration, Russian forces struck with missiles, presumably S-300, at the town of Liubotyn in the Kharkiv district. According to him, the attack was also carried out from Belgorod (Russia).

"At the moment, there are no casualties. The facades of non-residential buildings are damaged. The inspection of the areas is ongoing," he said.

Previous Russian strikes on Kharkiv

Earlier, on the night of February 10, the Russian forces launched 31 attack drones from the occupied Crimea and Russia. The main targets were the Odesa and Kharkiv regions.

Drones attacked an oil depot in Kharkiv. As a result of the attack, a huge fire broke out in the private sector. Seven people were killed in the Russian attack, with over fifty injured.

It was later revealed that among the dead was the local prosecutor, Olha Putiatina, and her family. Her husband and three children became victims of the Russian attack.
