Russian forces intensify bombing of Kherson region
The Russian occupiers increased shelling and bombing of Kherson and the region.
They use aerial bombs and missiles, which have not been used in this region for a long time, says Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, the Kherson Regional Military Administration spokesperson, Rubryka reports.
According to the official, over the past three days, the Russian forces dropped more than 50 aerial bombs on the southern region, including on Kherson.
"The number of aerial bombs increased almost three times, on some days, by four times," he said.
Tolokonnikov said that Russian troops began to use rockets in the Kherson region.
"They haven't been used for a long time. The rockets are sent here," he added.
He also appealed to the residents not to ignore the air raid warning.
"An air alert reacts to the takeoff of the Su-34 and Su-35 jets. It takes some time for the Russians to drop aerial bombs. There are 10-15 minutes before the Russian attack, depending on the launch point," Tolokonnikov says.
