Solutions to win: PIPL.UA and Steel Wings fund team up to provide Ukrainian military with strike drones

The Ukrainian retail company PIPL.UA  and the Steel Wings Charity Foundation announced the start of a project to support the military with a company of attack UAVs.

Rubryka reports that as part of the project, everyone can join and give "steel wings" to the boys at the front.

What is the problem?

Drones are a cheap and effective way to target enemy positions and destroy Russian weapons and command points. The 14th separate mechanized brigade of the UAV attack company needs new attack drones.

What is the solution?

One of the largest online stores in Ukraine for video surveillance and alarm systems PIPL.UA and Steel Wings Foundation have joined forces to provide the 14th separate mechanized brigade of the UAV attack company with assault drones.

The company and the foundation issued a release describing their joint project and invited Ukrainians to support the military.

"We are glad to announce that already this month, we are opening a fundraiser to purchase an assault drone for the 14th separate mechanized brigade of the UAV company!"  the release states. "Each of us can contribute to the great cause of the struggle for our state. Your purchase at PIPL is another step towards defeating the enemy. From now on, we will transfer 3% of your checks to the foundation to buy a fearless 'bird' for our soldiers!"

How does it work?

Buying goods from PIPL, each project participant will receive a personal letter from the soldiers of the 14th separate mechanized brigade with a recording of "how our Victory sounds."

By joining the collection, everyone participates in a charity raffle for gifts: t-shirts from PIPL.UA and the Steel Wings with poems by Lina Kostenko, EZVIZ, and IMOU cameras.

Earlier, Rubryka reported that the musical band Druha Rika handed over 1.8 million hryvnias to the special intelligence unit.

Rubryka also reported that another 1,700 attack and reconnaissance drones were purchased and handed over to Ukrainian defenders at the front as part of the Army of Drones program.

As Rubryka reported, the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine formed an innovative aerial reconnaissance unit, "Hawkeyes." Norway is also giving Ukraine 1,000 tiny Black Hornet drones for reconnaissance.
