On Friday, June 30, the Russian army shelled a school in the area of Pokrovk in Ukraine's Donetsk region. As a result of the Russian attack, two people died, and six more were injured.

Rubryka reports, citing the Prosecutor General's Office.

Around 11:20 a.m., the occupying forces of the Russian Federation struck the village of Serhiivka, Pokrovsk district, probably with rocket salvo systems.

The shooting took place on the territory of a local school. At the time of the shelling, 12 people were in school—representatives of the administration, teachers, and technical staff.

"A primary school teacher and a chief accountant were killed by the shelling," the statement reads.

The Russian troops do not stop trying to capture the Donetsk region completely. Population centers in the area are constantly under fire. Even those cities and villages in the relative rear have recently suffered from shelling.

On the evening of June 27, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Kramatorsk using Iskander missiles. The Russian occupiers struck a public catering establishment in the city's center, where many visitors were then.

As a result, 12 people died, and another 60 were injured. The city authorities of Kramatorsk announced mourning, which will last until the end of the week — June 30 and July 1-2.

On the same day, the Russians shelled Avdiivka and Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region. As a result of the strikes, one person was injured.
