Russian troops attack Mykolaiv by night, wounding 23 people, killing one

Twenty-three people were injured (among them one child), and one more died in a Russian night attack on Ukraine's southern city of Mykolaiv.

Rubryka reports, citing the press center chief of the South Operational Command, Natalia Humeniuk, and the spokesperson of the South  Operational Command, Vladyslav Nazarov, that Russian forces used Kalibr-type missiles for the attack.

"Unfortunately, one dead person and 23 injured people are reported. The rescue mission remains at the scene, although the fires have already been extinguished," Humeniuk said.

Nazarov reported that Russian forces attacked Mykolaiv with Kalibr missiles from the Black Sea. "Four missiles were directed using the features of the terrain and trajectory changes to complicate detection," he said.

The shelling destroyed one private house and damaged another private house. A high-rise residential building and a historical building were significantly ruined. The rescuers have already extinguished fires. Now they disassemble the rubble.

It was reported that the Russians fired rockets at Mykolaiv at night and hit a high-rise building and a private house. There are dead and wounded.
