Volodymyr Zelensky stated this during the World Economic Forum.

The President of Ukraine spoke online before the World Economic Forum in Davos. Journalists asked him a couple of questions.

The President reported information about Desna in response to questions about his future in Ukraine.

"Today, we have finished work on Desna. Unfortunately, the statistics are 87 victims found under the rubble in Desna. Eighty-seven corpses, victims, killed; Ukraine's future will be without these people," said Zelensky.

Zelensky noted that as the President of a warring country, he thought about Ukraine's present and how many people die every day.
