The Czech Republic unanimously recognized the Holodomor in Ukraine in 1932-1933 as genocide of the Ukrainian people
This was announced by the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Czech Republic, Yevhen Perebyinis.
"The Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament has just unanimously recognized the Holodomor in Ukraine in 1932-33 as an act of genocide of the Ukrainian people," the diplomat wrote.

He promised to release the details later.
The day before, Czech parliamentarians also passed a resolution condemning the war crimes of the Russian occupiers in Ukraine.
It should be noted that in November 2021, 85% of Ukrainians surveyed admitted that the Holodomor of 1932-1933 was a genocide of the Ukrainian people.
Joseph Stalin is most often blamed for organizing the Holodomor: 44%.
Another 17% blame the punitive bodies: the People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs and the State Political Administration, and 12%: the top leadership of Soviet Ukraine.
