Russia has decided that it has the right to destroy convoys of foreign weapons for Ukraine
Russia has stated that convoys of foreign weapons for Ukraine will be "legitimate targets" for the Russian armed forces
This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.
"Russia has warned the United States about the consequences of the transfer of weapons to Ukraine. Convoys of foreign weapons, which are thoughtlessly supplied to Ukraine, will be legitimate targets for the Russian Armed Forces," he said.
He also announced that lists of personal sanctions against the United States and the West are ready and will be made public soon.
In addition, Ryabkov said that Russia could resume dialogue with the United States on security if Washington is ready.
However, he noted that "I would not say that Russia's proposals on security guarantees remain fully valid, as the situation has changed."
