If Russia continues to bomb the peaceful population, the sanctions imposed are not enough, Zelenskyy said

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy states that Russia continues to destroy civilians in Ukraine and civilian infrastructure, which means that the imposed sanctions are not enough and new ones are needed.

Zelenskyy's video address was made from the President's Office yard, Rubryka reports.

"At night, the occupiers bombed a shoe factory, an apartment building, and a kindergarten in Dnipro. For what? How did they threaten the Russian state? They destroyed houses in the villages of the Sumy region. They continued to torture Mariupol residents. Kharkiv residents.

If this continues, then sanctions packages against Russia are NOT enough," the president said.

Zelenskyy added that he expects "new sanctions from our partners today."

The President stressed that Russia must pay for this terrible war and pay daily.
