This was announced by Mayor Hennadii Dykyi, Kyiv Region Police.
"A missile strike has just taken place. We have hit the private sector. We are now looking for people. Be attentive and listen to the alarm," the chairperson said in a statement.
Police said that as a result of the airstrike on Bila Tserkva, "almost 20 houses were damaged, there are victims."
The information is being clarified.
Police and SES officers at the scene are helping citizens overcome the consequences of the explosion.
