If you notice such suspects, arrange for their civil detention if possible.

If you see marks (cross, circle, etc.) applied with fluorescent or reflective paint, determine where they are.

Call 102 or the SBU at 0 800 501 482.

Specify:

the name of the settlement where the sign is located

if the mark is on the route, indicate the distance from the settlement, or other landmarks.

Paint, cover or otherwise destroy the mark.

This can be a system of signals that the enemy uses to coordinate the invasion.
