The US and Ukraine coordinated their positions on eve of Biden and Putin meeting - Sybiha
The positions of the United States and Ukraine were coordinated on the eve of the meeting of the President of the United States Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin. This also applies to the NATO summit and other June summits.
Deputy Head of the Office of the President Andrii Sybiha, who handles foreign policy, stated this, RBC-Ukraine reports.
According to him, it's important for Ukraine to have more predictability and more respect for the norms of international law in global politics.
"Such a result will be beneficial not only for us but also for all participants in international relations if this result is achieved in the US-Russian talks," Sybiha said.
According to the Deputy Head of the OP, the United States supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity, and security of Ukraine, and, on this basis, will discuss all topics that affect Ukrainian interests.
"Question about Ukraine's 'concerns' in connection with these negotiations is incorrect," Sybiha added.
