- Currently, military operations are ongoing toward Spirne–Vesele, Streapivka–Soledar, Pokrovske–Bakhmut, Travneve–Kodema, Semyhiria–Zaitseve, and Hladosove–Kurdiumivka in the Donetsk region.
The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) emphasizes the following facts:
- russian troops made several unsuccessful attempts to attack south of Izium.
- russian forces conducted local ground operations southeast of Siversk and northeast and south of Bakhmut.
- The occupying forces managed to achieve limited success west of Donetsk, but at the same time, attempts to advance southwest of the city were unsuccessful.
- The russian offensive to the west of Avdiivka continues.
- russian troops conducted several attacks in the southern operational zone and partially advanced to the east of Mykolaiv.
On the eve of Ukraine's Independence Day, the russian administration has stepped up measures to filter and kidnap people in the occupied territories.

Starting next year, the US will produce a record amount of oil, US Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said in an interview for Fox News. "This is all about supply and demand. When russia invaded Ukraine, that [event] pulled millions of barrels off of the global market. Since oil is traded globally, we have to make up for that lost amount of fuel," Granholm said. According to her, by 2023, the US will produce 12.7 million barrels of oil per day (currently, production is 12 million barrels per day).
Sanctions on the aggressor!
The Turkish authorities have promised not to allow any russian person or organization to circumvent the sanctions imposed on russia.
