"He is already on the EU sanctions list. We are preparing documents for submission to the international wanted list," Kostin said.

According to the Prosecutor General, the investigation into Russian propagandists Vladimir Solovyov, Olga Skabeeva, Dmitry Kiselyov, and Margarita Simonyan is still ongoing. In particular, Ukraine's security service "conducts the necessary actions."

Kostin clarified that the law enforcement officers qualify their actions as an encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine, the initiation and waging of an aggressive war.
