Peace Formula summit possible in June, but several nations need persuading to participate – Zelensky

The first Peace Formula summit could take place in June, but several countries still need to be convinced to join.
President Volodymyr Zelensky said this at a press conference in Kyiv, Ukrinform reports.
"We could hold (the summit – ed.) also in June, but without several states that we really need. I believe we should wait and still persuade the number of states we need to participate. We need a result! This is concerning the Peace Formula," the head of state said.
He added that the Peace Formula summit will take place when these states are ready.

In November 2022, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky presented the Ukrainian 10-point peace formula in a speech to the Group of 20 summit participants.
During a speech at the G7 summit in Hiroshima in May, Zelensky proposed to hold an international summit in July dedicated to the Ukrainian Peace Formula.
