Only 7 children remain in Avdiivka in the Donetsk region.

Fierce battles unravel near the city, Vitalii Barabash, head of Avdiivka regional military administration says.

"Unfortunately, children still remain in the city. As of the day before yesterday, we had 6 children. Another child was found yesterday. Unfortunately, there are irresponsible parents who hide their children and do not want to leave the city," Barabash said.

Yesterday it was possible to evacuate a child from Avdiivka, who is not even three years old.

In general, Barabash says, 2-3 people were evacuated from Avdiivka in recent days. Those who remain do not leave the city.

There is no electricity and water in Avdiivka. About 2,000 people remain in the city.

This morning russian troops hit Avdiivka with two rocket missiles. There were no deaths or injuries. Over the past week, as a result of military operations in Avdiivka, three civilians were killed and four more were injured.

People are persistently urged to leave Avdiivka.

At night, the russians launched a missile on the Kramatorsk industrial zone. Avdiivka is being shelled from Grads rocket launchers, artillery, and cluster munitions.
