Mariupol Angels: photo exhibition dedicated to fallen Ukrainian soldiers open in Kyiv

A photo exhibition, Azov Regiment–Mariupol Angels, dedicated to the fallen defenders of Azovstal and the city, will be held in Kyiv.

Rubryka reports, referring to the statement of the Association of Families of Azovstal Defenders.

They say the exhibition will be held on October 14, the Day of Defenders of Ukraine.

The event is organized by the mother of the senior soldier of the Azov regiment, Vera Lytvynenko. Her son Vladyslav Lytvynenko ("Vektor") died during the defense of Azovstal steelworks.

"The visit of each of us to this event is the least we can do to support the families of the defenders of Mariupol," the Association says.

On October 14, our state will once again celebrate the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, and on this day, it is vital to remember those heroes who gave their lives most dearly for our country," say the organizers.

During the air alert, the exhibition will not function.

Visitors are asked to wait out the danger in the nearest shelter, the Zoloti Vorota metro station.

The event will start at 11:00 a.m. and last until 6:00 p.m. in Sofiivska Square.
