The Ukrposhta postal service company will issue a block stamp "Free, Unbreakable, Invincible" for the 31st anniversary of Ukraine's Independence

Rubryka reports, referring to the Telegram of the Director General of Ukrposhta Igor Smilyanskyi.

As he noted, the circulation will be 1 million copies.

"Very soon is the 31st anniversary of Ukraine's independence. Ukrposhta will issue a block stamp "Free, Unbreakable, Invincible" + an envelope for this event (it is the first such issue during the war).

The deadlines for preparation were very short. Thus, the circulation will be only 1 million copies.

But I'm sure that all philately connoisseurs will be able to buy it and add it to the collection on the occasion of Independence Day, which will be supplemented with new stamps from Ukrposhta every year,"  Smilyanskyi emphasized.

The general director also emphasized that Ukrposhta would announce the release of the block stamp on the eve of the holiday.

"Because our neighbors, as in the proverb: see other people's things under the forest, but do not see their own under their noses.

Therefore, due to increased attention to us from the 'liberators' side, they are forced to control the security situation," Smilyanskyi summarized in the message.

As previously reported, in August, Ukrposhta will issue two new patriotic stamps dedicated to the sapper dog Patron and Independence Day.

"In August, there will be two stamps, one dedicated to Independence Day and six months of the active phase of the war," he says.

The second thematic stamp will be created in honor of the Chernihiv sapper dog Patron.

In addition, Ukrposhta plans to make a stamp dedicated to the Crimean bridge, but they want to issue it after the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroy it.

"I think it will be a joint action with the Ukrainian Armed Forces when we issue a new stamp (about the Crimean Bridge)," Smilyanskyi said.

Also, Ukrposhta plans to issue stamps in NFT format. The first stamp will be "russian warship, go…"; currently, the company is looking for a partner to publish it.
