Valentyn Reznichenko, the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration head, wrote about this on Telegram.
"A restless night and a restless morning. We have several hits. Serious destruction," he said.
According to him, rescuers are dismantling the rubble and looking for people.
The mayor of Novomoskovsk Serhii Rieznik also reported explosions in Dnipro.
"In the morning, there were reports of explosions in Dnipro. We are waiting for official information from the military administration," he wrote.
Mykola Lukashuk, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional council, also reported on Telegram three enemy missiles that arrived in the Dnipro district this morning.
"In the morning, we were hit three times in the Dnipro district. Currently, information about the victims and the extent of the destruction is being clarified," he wrote.
