"For those who want to live, I will organize a hotline with instructions: where to call, how to come to stay alive, and not to go there [to Russia], not to go to prison. I am still waiting for approval, but I think I will succeed.
Tomorrow I will lay out the phone for Russian soldiers who did not shoot at civilians. This does not apply to gunners and rocket launchers. After Mariupol, you have no options: either run away or go to the ground," Kim said.
