Japan provides Armed Forces with free protective equipment
Ambassador of Ukraine to Japan Serhii Korsunskyi signed an agreement on the free transfer of protective weapons for the needs of the Armed Forces
Korsunskyi wrote about this on Facebook, Rubryka reports.
Ambassador of Ukraine to Japan Serhii Korsunskyi also said about the unprecedented support from the Asian country.
"Today an intergovernmental agreement was signed in the form of an exchange of notes between Ukraine and Japan on the provision of free protective equipment for the Armed Forces, namely bulletproof vests, helmets, tents, winter clothing, medicines, generators, cameras, various tools for emergency use.
This was the first time in the history of Japan. I want you to know that Japan is providing unprecedented support to Ukraine," the statement said.
