Chernihiv region: In Ripky, occupiers dictated their orders, in response the community sang the anthem

In the border village of Ripky, Chernihiv region, Russian occupation forces seized a local police station and began dictating their terms

This was reported in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Rubryka reports.

The occupiers reportedly seized a police station, shooting an unarmed local at the entrance to the village. The invaders confiscated a local tractor, a KamAZ truck, and looted two grocery stores.

According to border guards, a column of military equipment marked "O" arrived at the general meeting of citizens, which took place near the St. Nicholas Church in Ripky.

A representative of the occupiers, who called himself a police colonel, began to dictate his orders to the people.

In case of disobedience, he threatened to use force until the village was shot down by artillery.

He demanded the return of all trucks and declared a curfew.

In response to the occupier's proposals, the villages did not agree, sang the anthem, and expressed their patriotic stance.

They showed the Russian military photos and videos from the Internet of how the Ukrainian army met the occupiers. The Russian military denied that their losses were much smaller.

The man, who called himself a police colonel, said he would report to the leadership that the local population did not accept the occupation.
