A smart village museum with modern energy-efficient technologies is being created in Odesa region

The village of Semysotka in the Odesa region, where only two women currently live, is being turned into a smart village museum with modern energy-efficient technologies.
The head of the agro-recreational cluster "Frumushyka-Nova" Oleksandr Palariev told about it, Ukrinform reports.
"Our goal is to turn Semysotka into a smart village-museum with preserved old houses, and we will model new houses using modern technologies. Smart Village is a village with zero carbon emissions, infrared underfloor heating, and solar power stations on the roofs," said Palariev.
According to him, solar power plants have already been installed on two houses, and later they will appear on four more. As more electricity is produced than consumers need, part of it is sold to the state at a "green tariff."
In addition, the plantations of the energy plant Paulownia were planted in two plots in Semysotka.
Currently, there are 27 houses with land plots in the village, which are located on the same street, paved with sidewalks. According to Palariev, they have already developed a master plan for designing another street for 100 houses.
The street of the village is illuminated by colorful modern energy-efficient lanterns. High-speed Internet has already been installed in Semysotka, and 3D drawings are depicted on houses.
The village is also building a windmill on the model of the early twentieth century.
The developers of the idea of a smart village-museum plan to make it attractive for tourists and convenient for remote work. Currently, only 2 women live in Semysotka.
