Kuleba explains why sanctions are gradually being lifted from Yanukovych's entourage
Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba explained why the European Union was gradually lifting sanctions on Viktor Yanukovych's entourage.
As Rubryka reports, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba stated this at a briefing.
"Every year, someone falls out of this list. The reason is that there are indeed reservations; there is no tangible progress in the investigation of cases in Ukraine. The EU needs the evidence base to continue the sanctions," Kuleba said.
