The Ministry of Digital Transformation has launched the educational series "Voter": what can you learn there

The Ministry of Digital Transformation has launched the educational series "Voter" before the local elections scheduled for October 25. They presented the series on September 22.

The government agency said that the course explains to voters everything you need to know about the 2020 local elections in plain language: new rules, what open lists are, why a ballot needs control sheets, how to find out information about candidates, how to check if you're on the lists, if you can vote early and what not to do when voting.

The series is already available on the platform Diia.Digital education. It has 10 episodes, the host of the series is Olia Tsybulska, a singer.

To view all the episodes and get a certificate, the website offers the user to log in to the system. To do it, you need to enter your phone number, and you'll receive a confirmation code.

After each episode, the course asks the voter to take a test comprising several questions. For example: "Who will we elect in October?", "Which system helps to elect the local mayor if there are 80,000 voters in a city community?" etc.
