- The project envisages the EU countries establishing a permanent supply of weapons to Ukraine and providing financial assistance.
- An important point: the project of security guarantees provides for the extension of these guarantees to the entire territory of Ukraine within the internationally recognized borders.
- The project also provides for a ban on lifting sanctions against the russian federation until it compensates Ukraine for war damages.
