About financial aid, weapons, and volunteer fighters

Due to the blockade by Russian troops, it is not possible to make a change at the Chornobyl nuclear power plant. People have been working their shift for ten days. They split into two groups, changing each other, but tired morally and physically, and emotionally. They eat poorly, have limited medication, and find it very difficult. This was stated by the mayor of Slavutych Yurii Fomichev.
11:02 – In Irpin, the occupiers blew up the railway tracks. The evacuation will be carried out from the Novoirpinska route (the bridge in the village of Romanivka) by bus to Kyiv. Children, women, and the elderly are being evacuated to the Kyiv railway station.
Destinations in the Kyiv region remain dangerous on the Zhytomyr route:

Kherson
In the morning in Kherson people went to a rally against the occupiers.
12:02 – The occupiers left the city center. A video has appeared on the Internet showing a Kherson police officer jumping on a Russian armored personnel carrier leaving the city center as he rides on the roof of an armored personnel carrier with a Ukrainian flag.
In the afternoon, information was received from Kherson that Russian troops were leaving the city. They are being replaced by SOBR (Special Rapid Response Unit) and Russian Guard forces. These security forces, as a rule, do not take part in hostilities but ensure law and order. Apparently, this is done in order to prevent further rallies in Kherson.
Donetsk and Luhansk regions

Evacuation of civilians begins in Mariupol! The ceasefire will be established from 9:00 to 16:00. The evacuation of civilians begins at 11:00. The humanitarian "green" corridor is laid along the route Mariupol – Nikolske – Rozivka – Polohy – Orikhiv – Zaporizhzhia. This was reported by the Donetsk Regional State Administration. It is planned to evacuate more than 200,000 people.
