Ukraine's FM says US supplies of ATACMS missiles to expand
Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said the US will continuously supply long-range ATACMS missiles.
Asked whether the delivery of the first batch of ATACMS meant that the US would continue to provide them regularly and in larger quantities, Kuleba answered in the affirmative.
Kuleba hopes Ukraine will receive ATACMS missiles capable of hitting targets at a distance of 300 kilometers.
The US was "wary" of Ukraine's request for these missiles due to concerns about limited stockpiles and the possibility that the weapons could be used to strike at Russian territory.
On the night of October 17, Ukrainian troops attacked helicopters and equipment in occupied Berdiansk and Luhansk, causing severe losses in aircraft and shaking secure air space.
The White House also officially stated that Ukraine had recently received long-range ATACMS missiles in a modification with a range of 165 kilometers.
