Ukraine's forces take Bakhmut under fire control – Colonel-General Syrskyi
Russian enemy is trapped in Bakhmut, with Ukraine's defense forces taking the city under fire control, supressing any attempts of Russians to take back the initiative on this front.
Ukrainian Ground Forces Commander, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi said this in a Telegram post.
Bakhmut. The enemy is trapped. The city is under fire control of the Defense Forces, Syrskyi wrote.
He also posted a video of aerial reconnaissance spotting the positions of Russians with ATGMs. The soldiers with Ukraine's 77th separate airmobile brigade effectively destroyed the enemies.
The work is ongoing. The enemy is being driven out of their positions in the Bakhmut sector, Syrskyi said.
