Solutions to win: Norway and Denmark will jointly send 9,000 artillery shells to Ukraine

Denmark and Norway have joined forces and are sending a new batch of artillery shells to the Ukrainian army.
The Ministry of Defense of Denmark announced this, Rubryka reports.
What is the problem?
As Russia's full-scale continue and Ukrainian defenders are fighting on the front line to repel the Russian forces from Ukraine, the army is in dire need of more artillery ammunition.
"Ukrainians continue to feel a great and urgent need for ammunition to fight against Russia," said Acting Minister of Defense of Denmark Troels Lund Poulsen.
What is the solution?
"Together with other EU and NATO countries, Denmark is in the process of responding to various initiatives. Together with Norway, we can send more than 10,000 complete artillery shells within a short time," Troels Lund Poulsen emphasized.
How does it work?
The aid package includes 9,000 artillery shells, powder charges, traps, and firearm barrels. Norway provides the actual grenade, while Denmark supplies the metal charges, fuses, and firearm barrels. Denmark also donated an additional 1,500 complete artillery shells and 500 grenades.
Accordingly, the amount of the donation means that Ukraine will receive a total of 10,500 complete artillery shells and an additional 500 shells.
The agency noted that Denmark and Norway handed over 8,000 artillery shells to Ukraine in April. The new cooperation means that Danish and Norwegian equipment can be assembled into complete artillery shells, which will then be transferred to Ukraine.
"Ukraine is in great need of artillery ammunition. It is urgent. That is why we have decided to join forces with Denmark for a new donation so that Ukraine receives ammunition as soon as possible," Norwegian Defense Minister Bjørn Arild Gram said.
As Rubryka reported, the Netherlands is handing Ukraine four air defense radars for €150 million. Earlier, it was also reported that MEPs approved a bill on increasing ammunition production for Ukraine.
