According to Ukrainian intelligence, these fears are related to the local population's strong opposition to the actions and measures of mobilization in the territory of the Primorsky Krai.
Currently, the local police and special services are planning measures to counter possible acts of disobedience and to strengthen the police regime in the region.
It is planned to check the performance of the video surveillance systems of institutions and organizations of Vladivostok with the provision of remote access to representatives of law enforcement agencies.
In the coming months, frame metal detectors are also expected to be installed at the entrance, even at government-sanctioned mass events.
Intelligence draws attention to the fact that the majority of the local population currently does not support the so-called "special military operation" and mobilization measures on the territory of the Primorsky Krai.
The reasons for this are the residence of a significant number of ethnic Ukrainians in the region and the losses of the russian army in the war in Ukraine.
Before that, russian president vladimir putin said that the number of people mobilized in the russian federation reached 318 thousand people, despite the previously announced limit of 300 thousand.
