Kherson region's occupation authorities intend to "evacuate" about 50-60 thousand residents from 4 districts

The occupation "administration" of the occupied Kherson region plans to evacuate approximately 50-60 thousand residents from 4 right-bank districts of the region to the left bank of the Dnipro

This was reported by Volodymyr Saldo, the gauleiter of the Kherson Region, on Telegram, on the "Solovyov Live" broadcast, one of the leaders of the occupying "administration" of Kherson, gauleiter Kyrylo Stremousov, on Telegram, TASS.

It is also assumed that the evacuees can be taken to russia as well. The evacuation is explained by the alleged preparation of a counteroffensive by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

"I made a difficult but correct decision to announce the organized transfer of the civilian population of Berislavsky, Bilozersky, Snigurivskyi, and Oleksandrivskyi municipalities to the left bank of the Dnipro.

We calculated that approximately 50,000 to 60,000 people are planned to be moved to the left bank of the Dnipro," Saldo emphasized.

Gauleiter said that people would be taken out gradually and free of charge by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the russian federation and the so-called "government" of the Kherson region. Saldo is sure that it will take about a week.

The collaborator also added that there are already boats in the city's river port with people who are supposedly ready to go to the left bank. However, there is allegedly no tension in the city.

Gauleiter stated that there is allegedly "immediate danger of flooding the territories in connection with the planned destruction of the Kakhovska HPP dam. And the discharge of water from the cascade of power plants upstream of the Dnipro."

Saldo said that if the Armed Forces destroy the sluice chambers of the Kakhovska HPP, the water in two districts of Kherson may rise by 1 meter. Therefore, collaborators of the Kherson Region have allegedly already increased water discharge through the canal system to protect the city from possible flooding in the event of damage to the hydroelectric power plant's locks.

Saldo added that residents of the region who decide to move to russia would allegedly be provided with housing certificates.

In turn, Stremousov noted that on the morning of October 19, the situation in the Kherson region "has not changed." However, according to him, the Armed Forces can allegedly "start advancing at any moment."

The collaborator urged the residents of Kherson to move to the left bank "as quickly as possible."
